Has more than 18 years of experience in teaching and research in the area of management. Prior to joining University Dr. Raghunatha Reddy worked as Assistant Statistical Officer and Deputy Statistical Officer in the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (AP) from 1989 to 1992. He has published 52 articles in the various journals of management. He has guided 8 PhD’s. He has involved in preparation of course material for MBA students of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Open University in the area of Capital Budgeting and Risk analysis. He assisted in organizing various seminars sponsored by Technical education Government of A.P and Small Industrial Development Bank of India (SIDBI). He is also authored book on Managerial economics & Financial Accounting.

Dr Prasad has about 20 years of teaching, research, training and consultancy experience. Prior to joining School, JNTU in 1992, he was associated with projects like business cycles, case studies on corporate planning at The Times Research Foundation of Bennett Coleman and Company. After qualifying in the UGC-NET in Business Administration, he did his Ph.D on the topic “Diversification Strategy and Financial Performance of Indian Private Corporate Sectorâ He received best thesis gold medal, among the theses submitted to the faculties of Business Management, Commerce and Economics in Osmania. On sabbatical during 2001-2003, he was associated with Stansfield School of Business, Singapore as Senior Lecturer for the Degree Programmes of University of London and London School of Economics. He lectured on subjects like Computer Based Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Development and Management and Human Computer Interaction. As content developer, coordinated uploading of UOL and LSE courses on the US Black Board E-learning Software. During 2004 he was associated as Senior Mentor for the e-Commerce Management subject of MSIT programme of Carnegie Mellon University, USA

He guided and guiding several doctoral research scholars and MBAs. He received AICTE, Ministry of HRD funds for the Business Systems Project implemented at SMS, JNTU. His current areas of research include integration of Information and ERP Systems with Corporate Strategy to gain competitive advantage and sustainable Growth. In this direction, he is preparing cases on information systems and is also researching from the angle of human values, transformational leadership and management of change. He presented several papers in journals like IIMB Management Review, Management Research, national and international conferences and also contributed book chapters on Outsourcing ITES and Global Leadership published by Jaiko and Allied respectively. Dr.Sindhu is MBA, Ph.D. in Business Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad and has more than fourteen years of experience in teaching, training and research. She qualified herself in JRF-NET (National Eligibility Test) conducted by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi. Her passion includes motivating, mentoring and facilitating the management students to perform at their best. She uses interactive teaching methodology as the pedagogy. Her current research areas include Finance especially in Investment management, Risk management, Equity Valuation, Bond Valuation, contemporary issues in Finance etc.

Dr.Sindhu is co-ordinator for joint MBA Programme of Central Michigan University, USA and SMS, JNTUH. She has been the mentor, student advisor and also co-ordinator in organizing the activities for the students. The Management Fest – Synergy and Nipuna, the annual event aimed at promoting the students competencies on soft skills front and providing an understanding of management dynamics.

Dr.Sindhu has published ten (10) articles in International Journals and five (5) in national level journals and also presented papers Fifteen (15) in international conferences and eighteen (18) in national level conferences.

She is guiding seven Ph.D. Scholars as Supervisor and 6 as a co-supervisor in the areas of Finance and HRM. She has guided more than 220 projects of MBA students of all the programmes of the School.

She has reviewed five articles of the reputed national journals and also a book review. She is on the Board of the various affiliated colleges and also university nominee. She has developed the study material for Distance Education MBA programme of the Osmania University.

She has organized more than 12 Seminars/workshops/Conferences/training programmes in association with industry. She has attended the 22 training/ seminar/conferences and refresher courses by the various institutions of repute. She is also life member of the various professional bodies like NHRD, Hyderabad Management Association (HMA), Ford Foundation etc.

She has delivered fifteen expert lectures in the various institutions and the university in the areas of Finance, Research, Interactive teaching methodology etc. She is also the examiner for the other Universities in A.P. and the affiliated colleges of the JNTU and also the universities of the other states in the area of management. Earlier, she was also Officer-Incharge, Examinations, SMS and Placement Officer as well.

Her pedagogy includes individual assignments and team based projects, case studies, role plays, management games, stock trading etc. In all the papers she handles to give practical exposure to the students. She is actively involved in the all the activities related to Industry-Institute Interaction. She also gave a talk in live with students in I-News on the Careers in Management.

She has initiated Women Entrepreneurship during 2010-2012 as the President of JNTUH Women Employees Association. She actively conducted the seminars/conferences and health check – up for the employees of the JNTUH and as a social responsibility visited and contributed funds to blind school, orphanages, old-age home etc. during her tenure.

Santhosh Kumari joined as Assistant Professor in School of Management Studies, JNTU in 2000. She has done her graduation and Post-graduation in Management from OsmaniaUniversity. Other than teaching Management subjects, her areas of interest are Training on soft skills, and Research. She has published eleven research papers in various journals of national and international repute. She is actively involved in Interactive individual based teaching-learning process, as a part of this, she has been presenting series of lectures on contemporary management issues, on Doordarshan TV channel and other various educational channels.

Ms.Santhosh Kumari has been the mentor and enjoys motivating students to perform better both at curricular and extra-curricular front. The team led by her was adjudged as the Winner Team among the various business schools from all over India, for the best Business Plan for Vision-2020 at Leadership Conference-2007 organised by Project Management International at Infosys, Hyderabad

She shows great zeal to organize Seminars/ /Executive Development and Training programmes in association with industry. She organizes Expert lectures from industry and institutions of national and international repute on emerging business trends and contemporary management Practices.

She has organized five Workshops and training programmes on Contemporary Management Practices. She was the Co-convener of the National Seminar on “Management of Services in a Competitive Market Environment during 2004. She organizes from time-to-time Workshops on Soft Skills for the practicing executives and Management students. She is the trained faculty on ERP platform for Supply Chain Management & Retailing Programme on the CAPS-Logistics software.

Currently she is doing her doctoral research in Finance. And working on research papers.
