The UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (Formerly UGC-Human Resource Development Centre) at JNTU Hyderabad takes pride in being the first in the country to offer Training Programs for faculty in Engineering Disciplines.  Since its inception in the year 2000, it has maintained its uniqueness in offering refresher courses in varied specializations of Science, Engineering, Technology, and Management.

The objectives are:

• To enhance the quality of teaching, stimulate research and scholarly activities by facilitating an enriched academic environment integrated with instructional technologies
• To effectively integrate educational technologies with classroom- and web-based teaching and learning practices
• To conduct programs to build research competence and academic administration apart from teaching skills for holistic faculty development
