Adhaar based biometric attendance system for the staff and students of all the colleges of JNTUH (Constituent colleges and Affiliated Colleges)

It is proposed to implement online Biometric Attendance System (BAS) for the faculty, staff and students of constituent and affiliated colleges under JNTUH.

Firstly all colleges staff daily (one time) UID BAS to be implemented. There will be about 40, 000 staff across 350 colleges (Phase 1) and the last date is 09-01-2017.

By Aug 07 Bio-metric will be implemented for all PG students.  For UG all Students attendance will be implemented (Phase 2) after one month of staff attendance. There will be about 4 lakh students.

ePASS will have a web service separately from JNTUH for attendance calculation for fee reimbursement and for academic performance of students.

CGG only to provide AUA, ASA services to JNTUH

JNTUH has implemented Attendance application, database of students and staff in a cloud servers with their development team
