Dr.K. Neeraja   – Additional Controller of Examinations(EDEP)

  • Preparation, Updation and Moderation  of Question Papers (objective type) of various subjects.
  • Conduct of On-line Examinations, Finalization of Internal marks of Theory and Practical subjects.

Forwarding of internal marks to Results Processing Section for processing of results

  • UG and PG project panel uploding and allotment of project Viva-voce examiners

 

Dr. M. Shailaja - Additional Controller of Examinations(Academic):

  • Verification & Approval of admissions and issue of Clearance Certificates to  Affiliated Colleges
  • Collection of Common Service Fee
  • Verification & Approval of punishments   awarded for Malpractice cases.  
  • Resolving Legal issues and RTI issues.
  • Verification of genuineness of the Certificates
  • Transcripts & Migration token system. 
  • Challan based payment system in place of DD


Dr.K.ShahuChatrapati  –Additional Controller of Examinations (Result Processing Section):

  • Scanning of Bar coded slips containing awarded marks of theory subjects of  University Examinations
  • Development of software for Results processing, generation and printing of various certificates
  • Processing of Results and declaration of Results
  • Printing of Marks Memos, PC, CMMs and Original  Degrees and other degree certificates


There are four additional controllers of examinations centers for monitoring the bundling and Evaluations activities.

Dr.K.P. Supreethi  - Additional Controller of Examiantions

  • Incharge for I Year B.Tech., IV Year B.Tech., M. Tech., B.Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy and Pharma D courses


 Dr. K. Bhaskar - Additional Controller of Examiantions
Incharge for III Year B.Tech., B.Tech(CCC), MOU Courses and One-time Chance Exams
Major Responsibilities of each of the three ACEs who are in charge of Bundling & Spot Evaluation Sections are:

  • Issue of the stationary to all the colleges before commencement of examinations.
  • Collection of the   Packed Answer Scripts from the Colleges by the Postal Department (on University behalf).

Counting of answer sheets as per the D form and bundling of answer sheets 50 in each pack.

  • Appointment of Chief Examiners and Evaluators in various disciplines for the Evaluation process.
  • UG project panels allotment of project viva-voce examiners.
  • Conduct of Spot valuation
  • Bills verification


Deputy Registrar (Examination) – Is the overall in charge of the office and accounts section of the examination branch
Assistant Registrar (Accounts) - Looks after

  • the preparation of purchase orders,
  • payment of remuneration to the examiners,
  • Receipt of examination fees,
  • Payment towards the stationery etc. Purchased for the examination branch

 Maintenance of accounts and support to auditing
